Hello, this is a friendly reminder for all those who will be attending the QiGong Applied Therapy class:
1) Class starts at 9:00 AM on October 26th and 27th, this Saturday and Sunday. Please arrive a little bit early for set-up.
2) Please trim your fingernails short if possible. Long nails cause pain to the patient during treatment.
3) Please bring a massage table for use if you have one.
4) You may bring a lunch with you or there is a pizzeria across the street where food may be purchased.
