The QiGong Foundations Course is a comprehensive and accessible program designed to introduce individuals to the ancient Chinese practice of QiGong. Throughout the QiGong Foundations Course, participants are guided through a variety of exercises and practices that encompass gentle movements, breathwork, meditations, and other special QiGong techniques. These practices are specifically designed to promote physical health, mental clarity, emotional balance, and spiritual well-being.

The course provides detailed demonstrations of QiGong movements and exercises, along with clear instructions and explanations from Master Hou.
