Course recap

In this QiGong Foundations Digital Course you learned about about the core principles of Chinese Medicine: the theory of Qi, the theory of Yin and Yang, and the theory of The Five Elements. You also learned how these theories are applied in a traditional Chinese QiGong Practice, and how you can make advantage of your Energy Centers, or Dan Tians, and your Meridian System to effectively store, circulate, and balance your qi.

You learned several Foundational QiGong exercises, including:

  • The Qi Ball- A lesson on connecting Life Essence
  • The Standing Pole- Connecting Universal Energy between Heaven and Earth
  • Three Deep Breathing Exercises- Managing your heartbeat and circulation to relieve and tonic your different organs
  • The Three Whips- Building your Power Qi
  • Shooting Sparks- Reminding your body of its flexibility

You learned a Powerful meditation:

  • The Sun Through The Pole Meditation- Connecting to the Sun's energy power

You learned a unique QiGong Recipe:

  • Qi Water- To test the power of your energy

You learned 5 beautiful movements based on the natural motions of animals:

  • The Goose- Clear and detoxify lymph toxins
  • The Tiger- Expel powerful qi
  • The Bear- Build your sense of using qi for diagnosis
  • The Turtle 1 - Stretching your rib cage and increasing your flexibility
  • The Turtle 2- Movement for your neck, spine, and balance

Finally, you were taught some QiGong exercises that help you to connect with the 5 Elements:

  • Diamonds- Balancing the 5 elements and universal Qi for your body
  • Qi Spirals- Purifying your different joints
  • Qi From the Elements- Connect your body to nature in order to balance your energy
  • The Cleansing Exercise- Purifying your facial system and all five elements

Through this course, you have learned the necessary skills to build a healthful, centering routine of QiGong. These exercises will enhance your body's understanding and control of energy, or qi. Now that you have learned them, you can practice all of them on a regular basis or choose those that you find most beneficial.
